Delete your account

You can delete your Mackro account and personal data from here — no need to have the app installed. This is the same deletion that the in-app Settings → Account → Delete account performs.

How it works

• Enter your account email below and submit.
• We email you a one-time confirmation link (it expires in 60 minutes).
• Opening the link schedules your account for deletion.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile, food and weight logs, progress photos, coach chats and messages, goals, and analytics identifiers. Deletion is permanent and runs after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel by logging back in.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe through Apple or Google, deleting your account here does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.

Request deletion

We never reveal whether an email is registered — you'll see the same confirmation either way.
